On Fertility Behavior Civilization

In the development process of the human society,the influence and function of fertilitybehavior is omnipresent. It is the existence and development of fertility behavior of humanbeing that ensures the generation of human society,pushing forward the progress anddevelopment of society,and creating the material civilization and spiritual civilization.Fertilitybehavior civilization takes the fertility culture as its groundwork,the construction of modernfertility civilization is based on the effective spread and accumulation of the previous fertilitybehavior.Anything being advantageous to the harmonious relationship between themultiplication of human being and the economy,society and resources environment should bethe basic contents of fertility behavior civilization,or we may say fertility behavior civilizationis a fundamental part of fertility civilization.From the uncivilized state of fertility behavior ofthe primitive society,to the early birth,multiple birth,valuing men and belittling women in theagriculture society for thousands of years,to having fewer but healthier babies,naturalbirth,this is a change and progress.From low to advanced,from spontaneous to conscious,embodying the substitution and breakthrough of the human civilization.This paper aims to analyze the different fertility behavior in the different stages ofChina,so as to find the problems and those major facorts affecting the civilization of fertilitybehavior.Besides,this paper combines the experiences of the foreign countries and the realityof China,mainly in the framework of behavioral science, fertility culture theory, civilizationdevelopment theory and so on,has proposed the contents of fertility behavior civilization,aiming to find a way to set up a modern fertility behavior civilization,to quicken the pace ofscientific,civilized and progressive fertility behavior,so as to push the overall developmentand durable development of the population and economy and society.
