Proportional Development Of Rural Compulsory Education And Financial System Innovation

Rural compulsory education balanced development is the strong guarantee of development of education fair and society fair, the key of balanced development is to narrow the gap through the method to change educational resource distribution. Our country implemented compulsory education formally in legislative in 1986. In order to promote the fast development of compulsory education, the financial system of compulsory education has been in system changed all the time, and we have already made the enormous effect. Its conclusion : From the historical orbit of the changes of financial system of rural education in our country, we get that the financial system to advance our country rural compulsory education balanced development is insufficient, the serious defect exists in the current financial system of education, thus cause rural compulsory education develop non-balanced.
