To Become A Perfect Man

With the valid conformity of education resources in our country, the ratio of the higher vocational colleges to institutions of higher learning has been largened sharply for the last ten years .The graduates of higher vocational colleges ,whose quality will come down to the course of making our society to be homonious and affluent, are becoming into the main body of senior applicational technology specialists in economic construction of our country .Hence the education quality of higher vocational colleges has been much accounted of by the people for some time.Above all things, the persons in social circles have thought much of the quality of liberal education of higher vocational colleges. On the basis of checking the amount of the production on liberal education , this paper have analysed the actuality of the liberal quality of the students in higher vocational colleges and the painful situation facing the liberal education of higher vocational colleges according to some theories in psychology sociology and pedagogy. The goals and countermeasures of the liberal education in higher vocational colleges ,by which we can boost a student to grow up into a perfect man ,whom can fit in with the needs of the society ,instead of a midget-man , have been put forward in this thesis .This thesis consists of four sections as follows:Section I The author introduces the present situation on studying liberal education including demestic and overseas,along with Chinese higher vocational colleges' doing ,and tabulates the researching thinking of this thesis ,and sets out the reasons why the students in higher vocational colleges must elevate their liberal cultivation.Section II The author analyses the current situation of liberal education that higher vocational colleges are working at and thestudents' liberal cultivation,and expounds the liberal education' role on making the students grow upwell.Section III The author summarizes the connotation of liberal education , discusses the goals and the basic connotation of liberal education in higher vocational colleges.Section IV The author have brought up some principal countermeasures on strenghening liberal education in higher vocational colleges from education idea,liberal education model,school culture, teaching administration and so on.
