With the development of national science and technology,new technologies and resources continue to emerge,industrial structure is constantly adjusted,and the demand for talents,especially technical and skilled talents,is urgent.This puts forward a high demand for talent training in Higher Vocational colleges,and the work of talent training is inseparable from teachers' teaching ability and quality,which requires higher vocational colleges to innovate and improve the construction of teaching staff.At the present stage,under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational education has made a lot of achievements,but there are also many problems: for example,the access system of full-time and part-time teachers is not perfect,the selection mechanism of teachers is not flexible,and the evaluation system of teachers' quality is not complete,etc.How to effectively solve these problems and promote the teaching staff in Higher Vocational colleges? Healthy development has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study is divided into six chapters.Firstly,it elaborates the research background and related theories of the paper.Then,it investigates and analyses the current situation of the construction of accounting professional teachers in XX College by means of literature,experience summary and questionnaire survey.Combined with the experience data of the construction of domestic higher vocational teachers,it expounds the main problems existing in the teaching staff of Higher Vocational colleges: low quality,insufficient quantity,etc.Finally,aiming at the existing problems and combining the characteristics of Higher Vocational colleges,this paper puts forward four countermeasures: first,to construct a new mechanism of teacher management in Higher Vocational colleges;second,to construct a new integrated model of teacher professional training;third,to tap the new potential of teacher professional development;fourth,to apply it.Science and technology,strengthen learning,and constantly enhance the awareness of innovation.
