With the increasing emphasis on vocational education and Reform in the country, the requirement of community for the higher vocational teachers is also increasing.As the backbone of the development of higher vocational education, higher vocational teachers not only shoulder the responsibility of imparting professional knowledge and skills, but also shoulder the great mission of educating people.The vast majority of Higher Vocational Teachers’ professional skills are higher, professional knowledge is rich, but the knowledge of educational is relatively weak.Higher vocational teachers as before the students enter society finally a mark of "gatekeeper", a "guider", Whether the students can be trained into highly qualified technical talents who meet the social requirements with having good quality and personality characteristics, which has a great relationship with the teacher’s educational beliefs and educational wisdom.Based on the analysis of educational belief, this paper analyzes the educational beliefs of teachers in higher vocational colleges,Analysis of higher vocational education belief function and elements, using the method of literature and questionnaire of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, 5 vocational college teachers’ educational belief present situation investigation, statistics and analysis, based on proposed the generation of teachers’ educational beliefs is a dynamic process of development, therefore put forward the training and promotion strategies of Higher Vocational Teachers’ educational beliefs. To sum up, the paper consists of five parts:Introduction:First, the issues raised in this paper and the significance of the study;Followed by a review of the relevant research at home and abroad; Again, the research methods of this paper are explained, finally, the core concept of this paper is defined, then concept confusing to Discrimination.The first chapter: Function and content structure of teachers’ educational belief in Higher Vocational colleges.The functional part is a description of leading function of education belief in the concept of teacher education and professional development,and the function of promoting students’ all-round development.On this basis, combined with previous studies, this paper proposes five content structure of educational beliefs, namely, professional identity, professional ethics, professional will, professional beliefs and professional behavior.The second chapter : Survey on the status of teachers’ educational beliefs in 5 higer vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei province.Mainly consists of two parts: basic situation and findings of the object.The former is described the basic situation of the surveyed five schools,The latter using SPSS17.0 to collat the survey of the results on overall educational belief and five elements of the survey results and the educational belief in different variables in differences,In order to understand the current situation of Higher Vocational College Teachers’ Educational Beliefs.The third chapter:Analysis of the overall situation of the survey results. Mainly from the survey results show the positive aspects and problems of the two parts of the analysis. The former is analyzed from five Higher Vocational Colleges’ educational beliefs condition overall, professional ethics, professional will, professional conduct four findings better terms. The latter is elaborate on four dimensions namely the higher vocational teachers’ understanding of the educational beliefs are existence of errors, professional identity level is not high,professional beliefs are not mature enough to know and action is not consisten.The fourth chapter: the formation of teachers’ educational beliefs in higher vocational colleges.The two part of this chapter is divided into the factors affecting the generation of higher vocational college teachers’ educational beliefs and the higher vocational teachers’ belief formation process.Among them, the influencing factors are mainly from two aspects: the self factors of higher vocational teachers and the external environmental factors.The dynamic forming process of the teacher education belief is: the teacher individual needs to produce â†'obtain the experienceâ†' form the identityâ†'internalized as faithâ†'values, and then the formation of beliefs.The fifth chapter: the basic strategy of training and Improving the teachers’ educational beliefs in higher vocational colleges. Including three parts: the first is higher vocational teachers themselves, mainly from the emphasis on education faith five components of training and promotion, diligent reflection, improve the comprehensive quality, innovative vocational education practice three important measures to start;The Second,construction of multi-level security system,mainly from the strategy is put forward in two aspects:establishment the campus culture which in favor for teachers’ education training,pay more attention to the level and order of educational belief training;The third is in two dimensions:Construct the social support system which is conducive to the cultivation of educational belief, the key is to improve the treatment and social status of teachers in higher vocational colleges and make full use of social media to establish positive vocational teachers’ image.
