An Analysis Of Influence Factor Of Physical Education And Training Master's Thesis

Degree thesis of the physical education and training Master graduates is an important marking that measures the national athletics research achievements and plays a significant role in the entire field of sports teaching and researches. Through the research methods of literature analysis, questionnaire, mathematic statistics, comparative analysis, sum-up and induction, this research conducted an analysis from the substantial evidence to study the present development conditions of physical education and training Master students in eight colleges. This author conducts an overall and systematic analysis, finds out the main factors which influence the quality of degree thesis, and provides the experience and reference for the administration departments' policy establishment and the development demand of students themselves. Therefore, this research has a significant influence on the quality education reform of the physical education and training education and the "Postgraduate Student Education Innovation Plan".Main research conclusion: 1) The development target has not been achieved, the postgraduate students are lacking in creative research ability, so the total research value of the degree thesis is low. 2) The research directions are miscellaneous and lacking in norm, so it will hinder the information exchanges between development units, cause some difficulties in postgraduate students' production of degree thesis, and at last influence the quality of the academic degree thesis. 3) The time length of development should be flexible according to the actual circumstances, because most of the postgraduate students can't reasonably distribute their time of study and academic degree thesis production, their working efficiency is low and it is hard for them to assurance the quality of the degree thesis. 4) There are some problems with the course setting. The credits for required courses account for too large proportion, the teaching materials are outdated and the externalism in social practices is widely existed, so the character development of postgraduate students is limited, and the creative thinking of them is constrained. 5) There is a serious shortage of supervisors in quantity. The academic level of some supervisors is low, their instruction to students on the academic degree thesis is not enough, and they are not competent for their tutor work. Therefore, the system of supervision and evaluation to the supervisor should be established. 6) The main influenceof basic education establishment on the Master degree theses includes: (D lack of the related books and materials;(2) Shortage of the research budget;(3) No assurance for the experiment practices;? Weak academic atmosphere. 7) The self-assessment of Master postgraduate students on the research value of their degree theses is low;their personal qualities are needed to be improved.
