In 2009,my country added a full-time master’s degree in physical education,intensified the development and reform of the education of master’s degree in physical education,and cultivated a large number of applied talents in sports.With the increase in the number of candidates for the physical education master’s degree year by year,it can reflect to a certain extent that the development of the master’s degree in physical education has achieved good results.However,compared with the quality of the training of other domestic majors or foreign related professional degrees,there is still ability The lack of clarity in the composition and the lack of comprehensive employment guidance have led to the current reality of insufficient capacity training for full-time graduate students with a master’s degree in physical education and low employment quality.Therefore,enhancing the ability of graduate students in sports majors in my country is the key to improving the quality of talent training and employment.Based on this,this project uses 330 full-time physical education graduates and 50 employers in Sichuan Province as the research objects,using literature methods and other methods to investigate the current status of the ability of full-time physical education graduate students and the quality of employment and employers Demand;analyze the difference of employment quality in sports grades,etc.;and explore the influence relationship between ability training and employment quality,and the conclusions are as follows:1.The employer believes that its professional theoretical literacy,ability to respond to accidents in teaching,reasonable grasp,and ability to use competition rules are insufficient.2.The main ways to obtain employment opportunities are the recommendation of schools or tutors and participation in public recruitment.There are significant differences in graduation year,master’s school category,sports level and referee level;career development shows significant differences in different sports levels and referee levels;Job stability showed significant differences in gender,graduation year,graduate school category,and referee level;salary and social security showed significant differences in graduation year and sports level;personal growth showed significant differences in graduation year;work;Satisfaction presents significant differences in sports levels.3.A total of 8 abilities such as after-school teaching evaluation ability are related to career development,salary and social security,personal growth,and job satisfaction;a total of 25 abilities such as the ability to observe and control are related to employment opportunities and job stability relationship.4.Referees’ ideology and ethics and the arrangement of the competition schedule have a positive impact on career development,salary and social security,personal growth,and job satisfaction;the ability of experimental operation,collation and analysis of data has a positive effect on employment opportunities and job stability.Significantly positively affect the relationship.5.The ability to effectively implement the training plan has a total of 5 abilities that have a significant negative impact on employment opportunities and job stability.
