The demand for sports professionals of high level is increasingly urgent with the promotion of "National Fitness Program" and "Strategy of Olympic Glorious Program", the comprehensive development of "Sunshine Sports" activities, the demand of social sports rapid growth and the development of various kinds of sports industry.Master of Science in Physical Education (MSPE) is an important way to cultivate high level and professional sports talents. Study on the problem of MSPE training is not only the demands of the era of development of sports in China, the need of communication with the theory and the practice of graduate education, but also the need of personal confusion of work and research purport. Study on it can provide with a new perspective for postgraduate educational research, and provide with reference for colleges and universities to enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of professional degree cultivation, and provide with a basis for reasoning for the administrative department of education, national Guiding Committee for MSPE to formulate and perfect relevant policies.Based on Employment Perspective, it analyzes on the current cultivation of MSPE from the training curriculum and teaching, practice base construction and practice teaching and employment guidance and services, student satisfaction dimension and so on, based on sorting out the relevant research literature, and clarifying the nature of professional degree postgraduate education and combing the development course of MSPE, by the literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview, case study method and structural equation model analysis method.On the basis of empirical research, we analysis MSPE influence factor, and found that MSPE culture factors are mainly the teaching factors, employment guidance factors, social factors, conditional factors and management factors. Analyze the dimensions of the employability of MSPE, and the relationship between the employability and the satisfaction, and between the influence factors and the employability of MSPE by structural equation model.The study shows that the employability of MSPE includes 6 dimensions, two of which are learning ability and external conditions, which have a positive impact on satisfaction, but other 4 dimensions of the path coefficient have not showed significant. Four dimensions of MSPE training influence factors, that is, the teaching factors, the employment guidance factors, social factors and management factors have a positive influence on employability, but condition factor does not.The problems of MSPE training are mainly: (1) curriculum and teaching: curriculum construction is unreasonable, purposefulness of curriculum offered is deficiency, and lack of practical and applied properties of curriculum content, and teaching method is monotonous, and lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation system. The main reason is that it is lack of countermeasures of linkage between MSPE Education and Professional Qualification Certificate System, MSPE is incompletely disapproved of by society, the cultivation institutions are lack of enough understanding and attention of MSPE, and curriculum decision-making mechanism is not scientific. (2) The practice base construction and practical teaching: it is lack of explicitly and systematic practical teaching plan and elaborate organization and guidance of practical teaching,and management of practical base construction is backward, and it is lack of professional teachers of practical teaching. The main reason is that the employing units have not enthusiasm of the base construction, the employing units do not support enough for MSPE's practice, and students' sports foundation is uneven. (3) The employment guidance: The orientation of employment guidance function is not precise, employment guidance mechanism is not perfect,and employment guidance education methods are obsolete. The main reason is that the value of career development has not always received much attention, service ideology of employment guidance is absence, and overall and systematic employment guidance is deficiency.According that, this study puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the process of cultivating MSPE at the school level. First of all,we should embed the employability development into the curriculum teaching, which action procedure incorporates the following: strengthen MSPE curriculum system construction, and reform of MSPE curriculum teaching and examination; strengthen the MSPE case teaching; and formulate the reasonable evaluation criteria to evaluate the employability curriculum. Secondly, we should provide the work experience opportunities, which main measures incorporates the following: provide the organized work experience as MSPE learning part of the plan, and study plan outside the organization work experience, and the organized work experience and a series of more extensive, temporary work experience as unplanned; Building a professional team of teachers by learning projects based on the work; Reforming the institution of postgraduate dissertations, and promoting the linkage between vocational qualification and MSPE. Third, the sector of vocational counseling should boost the development of MSPE employability. They should promote all stakeholders of MSPE employability development on the understanding and recognition of the employability development; and should improve the coupling degree of development of MSPE employability and course teaching and the tutoring of Graduate tutors, and do a good job on identity of employability development of teachers and students; and provide with vocational counseling not only for MSPE in school, but also for graduate MSPE;and strengthen the cooperation between institutions for training and the employer.
