The gymnastic & stadium's development, especially the public sports facility development, improves the sports training, the competition and the sports for all and guarantees the smooth movement of "Olympic honor plan" and "sports for all plan". The gymnastic & stadium, is the important material base for the sports enterprise, specially the sports advanced county's gymnastic & stadium construction, which plays a leading role, impetus our rural sports' development, promotes full scale development of our sports, and accumulates the precious experience for deepening the sports reform and development. As the investigation data shows, the sports advanced county's gymnastic & stadium construction has obtained the remarkable result, its gymnastic & stadium's quantity and scale have been largely enhanced;The gymnastic & stadium's type diversifies gradually;The gymnastic & stadium's investment structure is day by day reasonable;Gymnastic & stadium's management is from seal management to opening to the outside world;The sports leisure place jobholders increase unceasingly. At the same time, it also has some unsatisfactory aspect, for example, the gymnastic & stadium's quantity is few and quality is low;The lack of fund investment becomes the gymnastic & stadium development's bottleneck;The management level waits for the enhancement;Various regions gymnastic & stadium's development is unbalanced;The gymnastic & stadium's structural configuration must further consummate. The author also provides some countermeasures, namely taking the gymnastic & stadium as the foundation, constructs county's sports for all system;Furtherconsummates the gymnastic & stadium's policy and laws, and strengthens carrying dynamics;Enlarges investment dynamics of the public gymnastic & stadium facility construction;The gymnastic & stadium facility's construction must base on the reality and be adapt to the need of development;The full using of ground resources, enhances the rate of opening. With the high development of our society, in order to adapt to the development of sports facility's need and strengthen the construction step of socialism new countryside, the author proposed suggestions for county territory gymnastic & stadium's evaluation criteria.
