Restriction The Secondary Vocational Education In County Territory Development Factor And Countermeasure Problem Analysis

This article studies and probes the Secondary Rural Vocational Education (SRVE) of Jilin province by indagating Dongfeng county in Jilin for demonstrating. Making deep investigations in the current SRVE of Dongfeng county, the author has pointed out the leading problems and deficiencies existing in de SRVE of Dongfeng today as follows: own said from the county territory secondary vocational school that, center duty education investment funds insufficient, the school condition difference, the teaching quality are not high, the teachers strength is weak, the curriculum and the social economy is separated from; looked from the current our country social environment that, the government is limited, the national macroscopic policy guidance question to the center duty education investment and the farmer household income as well as the education disbursement, despises the vocational education idea to the guardian and student's influence,"the high school record" the employment tendency impact, all affected the Dongfeng county SRVE survival and continues to develop. Consulted the leading problems and facts of SRVE in Dongfeng and the demand to the adjustment of the industrial structure ,market and rural economy, the author uses the principle in pedagogy ,economics and sociology to analyses social reason and inside reason that hinder the development of SRVE of Dongfeng by way of investigation,informal discussion and so on. The author puts forward the countermeasure of SRVE in Dongfeng from the respects of strengthening the administrative function of the government; widen the way of investments, specialized the teacher of SRVE and establishing advanced vocational colleges and universities.
