Studies Of Reconstruction Of Urban Community Organizations

Lots of variable factors promote community development, in cluding social surroundings, geographical conditions, cultural traditions and organizational structure which assumes the integrating functions of community resources and is the "thust devices " of community development as the main stay. In modern urban communities, the improvement and effective functioning of community organizations, the key factors in the community construction, are the basic guarantee for the construction of modern urban community. Therefore, solving the problem of community organizations for the building of urban communities will play a great role in promoting.The thesis puts forward the development of the urban community constructions should be self-governed network model-oriened. Then, the evaluation and self-reform of government in the reconstruction of the network organizations of community are examined according to our socio-economic reality and the advanced experience of foreign community organizations. Finally the thesis applies the suggested policies to the establishment of the network organizations of community in Liu Zhou in the hope of expanding the theoretical research of community into practice.
