On Intension And Economic Function Of Community Non-Profit Organizations

The subject of this dissertation is the boost of the community not-for-profit organizations (CNPO for short) and the large numbers of various active roles of CNPO, through the practical study of these CNPO. We maintain that the development of CNPO is an important approach to realize the community-centered governing system.The article consists of three parts.The first part is concerned about the classification of CNPO and some concepts related with CNPO, which aim at the discussion of the products supplied by the CNPO to the community. The issue in the second part focus on the theoretical and practical basis of CNPO' economic functions. In the third part, the author researches into the informative advantages and the current development of CNPO and argues that the community services offered by the CNPO have become the new growth-spots in our economy, such as: offering some serving functions transferred from the government and other units, integrating and optimizing the community resource, offering job opportunities and implementing community security.
