Current Status & Solution Research On Culture Education Of Excellent Athletes In Shandong Province

The nationwide system of athletic sports is the basic safeguard to the refulgentsuccess of our sports cause. Since the recent years, depending on this system, ourcountry has cultivated lots of talents of athletic sports and trained many excellentbuilders for socialist cause. After the reform and opening, the outstandingachievements in the athletic sports of our province mainly rely on firmlyimplementing the nationwide system of athletic sports.Along with the establishment of our socialist market economy system, togetherwith the reform of employment systems of labors and graduates, the drawbacks oftraditional athletic system which ignores the culture education of athletes and neglectstheir future development have gradually appeared. The problem that the culturediathesis of athletes is difficult to adapt to the social development also acutely appears.In order to know the current status of the culture education of excellent athletes andanalyze the main existing problems in the current athletic system, this article has donesome elementary researches on the relevant problems by virtue of questionnaires tothe culture education status of excellent athletes in Shandong province. In addition,this article further explores the developing road and solution to the culture educationof excellent athletes.This article includes the following four parts:I. Brief retrospection to the culture education system of our excellent athletes.The retrospection mainly focuses on the following aspects: the nationwide system ofathletic sports, the culture education system of athletes under this system, the effect,advantage and value of current education system to athletic sports, etc.II. Inventory survey to culture education of excellent athletes in Shandongprovince. The survey includes the following aspects: the basic information ofexcellent athletes, their understanding to knowledge learning, the relation betweenculture education and the enrolment and employment of athletes, the pre-job trainingto athletes and their employment condition, etc.III. Existing problems and reasons analysis. The reasons are found and analyzedfrom the following aspects: the drawbacks of traditional athletic system, thecontradiction between social employment, employing mechanism and the low culturaldiathesis of athletes, the deviation of the basic objective of culture education toprofessional sports team from social development situation, the still focus problem of"the conflict between learning and exercising", etc.IV. Solutions to culture education development of excellent students.Following solutions are put forward : identifying the overall road for the cultureeducation development of excellent athletes in the new phase, reforming educationsystem of athletic sports, strengthening the popularization of nine-year compulsoryeducation to athletes, constructing multi-culture education system of athletes adaptingto social development, exploring the new approach to scientifically manage "theconflict between learning and exercising", reinforcing the construction of teachingstaffs, etc.
