Study On Current Situation And Solution To Culture Education Of Excellent Athletes In Liaoning Province

Cultural education of elite athletes in China in the training process of competitive sports talent has been the great concern to our government and society, which is not only related to the strategy of"Olympic Glorious Program",the successful implementation of the strategy and the sustainable development of competitive sports, but also related to elite athletes'all-round development and their integration into the community after retirement. Improving cultural education of athletes is not only the need of the comprehensive development of athletes, but also the objective requirements to reduce the negative effects of athletes'lack of education, thus building a harmonious society.Athletes'lack of education has been a typically universal, historical and realistic problem. The particularity and influence factors are carefully analyzed in this essay about active athletes'cultural education in Liaoning Province. By a rational analysis of the outstanding issues existing in the work, this paper proposes the cultural education system that meets the characteristics of the athletes'education, for providing a reference for the relevant functional departments.This paper adopts such research methods as document analysis, questionnaire survey and expert interviews and makes an empirically analysis on development process of athletes'cultural education system and culture-education-situation of elite athletes in Liaoning Province.The main findings show that: athletes'concept of cultural education goes against the essence of education; the incentive and supervision systems of cultural education suitable to outstanding sports teams have not been established; it's difficult to implement continue education because of athletes'poor education foundation; allocation of time is unreasonable,"Contradiction between Learning and Training"is still the focus problem; sport teams are in poor learning atmosphere so that athletes lack the awareness of active learning to a large extent. The curriculum and the demand are coming apart, then, vocational education and employment guidance is seriously inadequate.According to the requirements for such development objectives as the improvement of professional and technical standards, the inner quality education and vocational education, this study, from the three aspects of macro-view, middle-view, and micro-view, proposes measures to improve athletes'cultural education in Liaoning Province.First, strengthen law and regulation construction, protect athletes'right to receive education. Second, broaden the distribution channel, vocational education goes together with professional education. Third, broaden the channels of academic education to make full use of sport university. Fourth, reshape education concepts and carry out Guoxue education to strengthen inter quality education of elite athletes. Fifth, establish a high- quality team of teachers, class mentoring system and humanistic quality"coaches"for athletes. Sixth, improve teaching methods and carry out different levels of teaching, establish Yang Chang-style education model for elite athletes. Seventh, establish"equal emphasis on civil and military"training philosophy, develop scientific and efficient training to ease the"learning and training contradictions". help athletes to do career planning, to improve employment education. Eighth, strengthen the ideological guidance and help the athletes raise awareness and pay attention to knowledge learning. Ninth, improve education conditions and create a good learning environment to enhance students'learning interest. Last but not the least, improve teaching methods and carry out different levels of teaching, establish Yang Chang-style education model for elite athletes.
