This article tries to define science and technology education and analyses the category of technological quality of teenagers up-to-date, which contains quality of scientific thought, quality of scientific knowledge and quality of scientific innovation. Then on the basis of comparing the characteristics of domestic teenager's science and technology education to other countries'and retrospection of Mr.DENG's technology educational thought, this article puts forward problems existing in the science and technology education in China. The first one is that Chinese teenagers lack consciousness of science and technology education. The second one is that people haven't enough recognition to teenager's science and technology education and this is the cause of all problems existing in China. The third one is the negative influence of education aiming at examination and the breaching teaching. Without proper social environment for the development of science and technology education is the forth problem. The last one is that science and technology education to teenagers in countryside who takes up a big proportion in all of teenagers in China must be paid attention to.With the knowledge economic tide of the 21 century, our nation has adopted the strategy of sustainable development and the strategy of developing our nation vigorously by science and technology and education, and takes them as the national strategy. It gives new challenge to the teenager's science and technology education. Nothing but by analyzing the problems existing in reality, we can give relatively objective and practical methods. In the last part that interprets the measures, this article deems that making much of technological ethic education means adding social sustainable developmental education up to science and technology education. In conclusion, this article claims that we can enhance our consciousness and increase devotion to science and technology education by solving the knowledge problems, financial problems, problems of teacher's qualities and policy assurance. On the other hand, science and technology education should be connected to humanities education and drawn on modern educational methods to carve out more ways, then we can foster creating thought and competence of teenagers specially, so they can cope with the challenge brought by knowledge economy. At last, this article explains how to improve and better science and technology education of countryside's teenagers separately.
