<Science and Technology Innovation Plan of the 13 th Five-year Plan.>pointed out that,by 2020,China's national comprehensive innovation capacity will reach the top 15 in the world and become an innovative country.At present,China is at a crucial stage of realizing the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The key to building an innovative country is to cultivate creative talents and the adolescent science education is the most effective way to cultivate innovative reserve talents.We must unswervingly implement the strategic and innovation-driven development strategy of science and education and unswervingly follow the path of scientific and technological power.Today's teens are the main force of the knowledge economy and science and technology society tomorrow,our country should rely on scientific knowledge,scientific attitude,scientific thought and scientific method and scientific spirit to build a new generation.Science education geared to the needs of each student,through various means to arouse juvenile scientific interest,pass scientific knowledge and skills to learners,causing them to scientific nature,the relationship between science and society,and enhance the scientific quality of adolescents.This paper explored the historical development and theoretical basis of adolescent science education,it is discussed the important meaning and function in adolescent personal growth,social development and cultivate innovative talents,to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Through the empirical research,this paper puts forward the current situation and problems of education,and puts forward an effective approach based on government management.Including:(1)create the social pattern of "big science";(2)scientific planning of adolescent science education personnel institution setting;(3)establish the system coherence science education professional personnel training mechanism;(4)improve the examination evaluation system;(5)implementing STEM education.
