Counter Measures Inquiry About Behaviour Rectify Of Delinquent Juvenile

Juvenile delinquency has been continuously concerned by all over the world, our statealso made effort to prevent and correct juvenile delinquency for several years. Delinquentjuvenile is a general concept, it is proposed from the aspect of comprehensive program ofpublic order with Chinese characteristic. It's scope is quite broad, mainly includes the juvenilein the young offenders' institution, the juvenile by the education-through-labor, reformschool's students which serves a prison sentence in the reformatory or the jail as well as hasthe young which the illegal criminality but the insufficient criminal punishment or does notneed the criminal punishment. The reason that classifies like this is because they all have theillegal criminality, moreover urgently needs powerful correcting. This article take"delinquent" juvenile as an object, avoids using "crime" which is grating legal terminology, itis for them to accept education easily.The goal of this article is to prevent a control the juvenile to violent again. It has realisticmeaning. It is believed that the society will put more attention on correcting of juveniledelinquency;meanwhile effective methods will be made and executed. Through the analysisof possibility and urgency for juvenile delinquency, and the reality of our state and juveniledelinquency, combining foreign experience in correcting juvenile delinquency, this article putforward the construct and management method for our delinquent juvenile from government,family and society.The study on correcting juvenile delinquency is full of theory and realistic meaning. Inview of this, I try my hard to write this article, and hope to do something for the research. Inforeign countries, this theme has been systematic studied. But in China it is still in the firstphase, and the study is not enough. I have studied jail management, law and ideological andpolitical education and juvenile delinquency has been my concern. I want to make the entiresubject connected through analysis and integrated, it is hoped that this article can to someextend replenish the shortcoming of the study.
