This paper is a study on the judicial help of juvenile delinquents in the perspective of ecological system theory.Domestic research on related crime minors judicial education has made certain progress,but the theoretical basis of intervention to bias the micro system's theory of cognitive behavior,edge Angle,increases the power theory mainly.However,from the perspective of ecological system theory,judicial help is carried out through the micro-system,mesoscopic system and macroscopic system of juvenile delinquents.In this study,the author tried to use the theory of ecosystem theory to help juvenile delinquents.Through the analysis of the service object involved crime reason is the outcome of combined action of multiple systems,in the process of practical education in the micro system(personal)system through methods such as interviews,case intervention change involved the personal system of minors.In the mesoscopic system(the family system),through family meetings,family activities are used to improve the morbid family structure of juvenile delinquents.In the macro system(community system),community activities are used to assist minors in obtaining community resources.Finally,the author through to the stakeholders sin not years people judicial education intervention came to the conclusion that involved crime is the crime for minors to produce micro systems,together with the medium and macroscopic system,only for a certain system to carry out the service is not good to solve the problem.Therefore,social work service object to help complete legal education must start with a comprehensive and systematic perspective,in view of the micro system,medium system,then built different problems existing in the macroscopic system.
