IT teachers are the direct executants for IT curriculum's implementing, ITcurriculum resources are quite essential for IT curriculum's implementing, how the ITteachers select curriculum resources is vital for IT curriculum's implementing.For new curriculum's implementing, sustaining studying and practice ofcurriculum resources' development and use, all kinds of curriculum resourcesaccepted by schools, there are important problem that the IT teachers must learn howto select and use the curriculum resources. According to what an IT teacher said, did,thought, in addition to some researches, this dissertation discusses five essentialfactors for curriculum resources' selection of IT teachers, they are students'development, society, teaching environment, curriculum standard, and property ofcurriculum resources. In additional, this dissertation discusses three principles forcurriculum resources' selection of IT teachers, they are optimization, estimating one'sability, pertinence.According to five factors and three principles, the author suggests that ITteachers should have five strategies:1. Stick to three principles, aim to help students develop2. Stick to three principles, actively answer to the influence of society3. Stick to three principles, generally take the environment of ITcurriculum into account.4. Stick to three principles, deeply think over the standard of IT curriculum5.
