| The eighth basic education curriculum reform has been implemented since 2001, thebasic education curriculum research centers were built in 18 universities, and these centersbecame the main strength during the curriculum reform plan and implementation. Theuniversity specialists are encouraged to enter the schools and solve the practice problems inthe schools;Meanwhile the schools meet puzzle in curriculum reform, and are eager to gethelp from the universities specialists. The university and the school make up the studyorganization, the friendship between them is built and is base on the need of each other.This dissertation begins with the cause of the collaboration and further researches thecause of the collaboration through the person interview and collective interview;it indicatesthe collaboration is base on the different needs between them. The teachers and school leaderexpect the theory, the method of solving the problems;the university specialists need practiceknowledge. The collaboration appears because of the needs.Then this dissertation indicates the models of the university and school collaborationsthrough collecting the literature and personal experience in the project. It analyses the threerepresentative models as following: the school-base research model, the task research model,and the teacher development school model.According to the analysis and research of the causes and the models, it draws conclusionand begins to reflect, which will improve the collaboration. |
