The generative teaching is a new teaching method in foundation that opposetraditional teaching. In view of the fact that generative teaching is put forward from thepractice, it is necessary to proceed the analysis about the generating teaching fromthe theories level.This paper is divided into four chapters as follow:The fist part traces the origins of generation .it makes everybody clear that thegenerating is born in a lot of theories.The second part explains generating .by combining the view of value , the view ofresources and the view about student with traditional teaching , the generative teachingwill be understand entirely .The third part explains and analyses the essence and characteristic of generativeteaching. It includes four character the life of teacher and students is generative, theinteraction and communication, the dynamic and the opening.The forth part explores the approach and condition of the generating teaching puttingin practice .According to factors of affecting to the generative teaching. It needs flexibledesign of teaching, establishing teaching circumstances, making a point of the diverseevaluation of teaching, at the same time, realizing the art, objectivity, well timed of theevaluation, promoting teacher's intelligence.
