The new curriculum reform at the beginning of century till now, have already experienced four or five years. This new curriculum has prodigiously adjusted at the objectives, contents and evaluation etc. The new curriculum reform of the basic principle improves student's science literacy as a subject, science literacy passes the knowledge and technical ability, process and method, the emotion attitude and value three dimensions to carry on development on the objectives, the emotion-attitude- value objectives is very important .Firstly, this text sets up an our country new the content of the emotion-attitude- value objectives in the curriculum reform, and to abroad of the emotion-attitude-value objectives in the research circumstance of the emotion-attitude-value objectives and history of the emotion-attitude-value objectives of the chemistry curriculum syllabuses or curriculum standards in china to comb; secondly, this text passes literature investigation, questionnaire investigation, the spot observation and teacher to interview etc. various research methods mainly carry on an investigation to the present condition of the emotion-attitude-value teaching objectives implement in chemistry teaching in middle school, analyze the factor of influence of the emotion-attitude-value teaching objectives implement in chemistry teaching in the middle school; lastly, and on this foundation, the text research the implement strategy of the emotion-attitude-value teaching objectives of chemistry teaching in the middle school.The research results included the following: firstly, comb our country the beginning of 20 centuries four stages of the history evolvement of the emotion-attitude-value objectives in the chemistry curriculum document; secondly, pass literature investigation, questionnaire investigation, the spot observation and teacher to interview etc. various research methods mainly carry on an investigation to the present condition of the emotion-attitude-value teaching objectives implement in chemistry teaching in middle school exist seven problems; thirdly, Pass questionnaire investigation and questionnaire, analyze seven factors of influence the emotion-attitude-value teaching objectives implement in chemistry teaching in middle school; lastly, According to the above research result, this text study promote chemistry teaching in middle school the emotion-attitude-value teaching objectives carries out three implement strategies.
