As a new learning style, cooperative learning has some main forms which include peer cooperative learning, group cooperative learning and whole-class cooperative learning. The current main problems in cooperative learning include only stressing the form and despising the method, only valuing students but neglecting teachers, only emphasizing teaching but neglecting research of cooperative learning.The value of cooperative learning lies in defining a manner of life, giving the students a series of learning content, making use of the learning resource of the partners. Cooperative learning has opened up the region in modern teaching research. And it enriches both the theory of teaching interaction and brings forth new ideas of teaching forms.It has raised the function of teaching affection and positioned the roles of the teachers and students scientifically.As a kind of effective strategy, cooperative learning can change the passive single learning style in our schools and give full play to the students'subjectivity. It can also develop the students'plural intelligence.
