Studying On The Present Situation And Developing Strategy Of The Women Football Team In The Ordinary Colleges Of Beijing

In recent years, there're insufficient stamina problems of women's football sport in China, it has reached a low point. Experts all agree, after extensive and thorough study,on following key issues of women's football sport development:1. Due to lack of organization and management system.2. More attention should be paid to raising reserve forces.3. Insufficient professional competence and commitment of instructors.4. Inefficient training and competition system.Experts believe that efficient coordination and cooperation should be made with education department regarding raising reserve forces. Three-grade-training and competition system in schools and universities should be established and improved in order to popularize young women's football sport.Our main pattern of selecting and training the talented players consists of three stages: children's sports school, provincial sports schools and adult teams. This pattern makes sports an isolated system and stifles real talent. Insufficient reserve forces are highly related to unpopularized football sports in schools. If women's football teams are established, if high-level women football players are recruited and talented players are recruited on favorable conditions, then football sport will be popularized to a large extent, a training pattern can be formed that starts from primary, middle to universities and professional teams, there will be a wider way of developing reserve forces and more talented players for women's football sport. This essay intends to analyse deeply the current conditions and problems of women's football sport in colleges and universities in Beijing and to propose solutions to problems,so that amateur women's football sport in schools can play a more important role in developing reserve forces. With regards to factors that restrain the development of women's football sport, this essay proposes suggestions and solutions from the angles of conditions of players, instructors, team management, training and competition system, funds guarantee, hard facilities etc, in order to propose suggestions as reference for workers and decision makers who work on women's football sport development.Surveys indicate that women's football sport has been started late and not popularized, there are not many teams, and most women football players have no previous football training, and competitions require high level of time and skills which can not be met by players. Surveys also indicate that situation of training cite and equipment is in a poor condition, training time is relatively short, players show low satisfaction with training but higher satisfaction with instructors, instructors show relatively high satisfaction with training, and a majority of players have improved skills.After analyzing current conditions of women's football teams in schools in Beijing, and taking experts'ideas and relevant materials into account, this study proposes five strategies:1,Establish and improve the organization and management of college women's football sport, and develop regulation function of main education departments2,Increase the number of colleges and universities that establish high-level women's football teams, and enhance overall strength3,Use abundant resources and geological advantages,recruit capable personnel and make improvement4,Develop and enhance the skills of instructors.5,Improve the competition system...
