The analyze consists of the conditions that Lanzhou women football team, football schools and football clubs in Lanzhou, Gansu provincial sports school have, basic situation of coaches, the situation of training and match, education, and expense and facilities for training.Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of training young players in support, it comes up with the factors affecting the training of young players. They include the following, the difference between the goal of training and realistic requests, householders' effect on the view of value of athletic sports, the thought of being eager for quick success and instant benefit of football workers and coaches, the effect of different districts and economics, supports from governments and medias' effect.Thirdly, it comes up with Countermeasures for the training of young players in support for Lanzhou women football with the concrete situation in Lanzhou and the analysis of current situation, as well as affecting factors. As the government invests more money, they should find more ways of optimizing the invest, regulating managing and strengthening system, doing more work on advertising women football and letting people know more about that, renewing views and creating new policy and insuring players' legal rights, training with education, improving coaches' level and making them train scientifically, developing university women football, and taking advantage of minorities in Lanshou to improve the efficiency of training.At last, the research gives following suggestions:1) Sports department cooperates with education department, and adequately develop both education department's advantages of knowledge and sports department's advantage of professional skill.2) Open training courses to coaches, which helps improve middle school and primary teachers' professional skill and master the idea of women football.3) Hold university women football matches actively, and inspire middle school and primary school students to join in football training.4) Football schools and clubs should make it the final purpose to train and educate student in all aspects.5) There should be more communications between sports department and media, which helps people know more about women football. And more supports and help will be got.6) Make good use of minorities in Gansun province, and recruit minorities' students, which enlarges the range of students' resource.
