Introduction: The rowing is that one regards having oxygen ability subject of training high-levelly as, the periodic sports taking promoting ships and light boats to advance fast in rational technological high-power as training objective. It is a key factor to determine rowing achievement to have oxygen ability high-levelly. And it is the physical stamina special form in which the commonly used movement trains before the match of project to train in the plateau, plateau low to force down oxygen environment, just offer the background that sports train, racing boat athlete to physiological adaptation intensity that plateau produce, reflect through physiology biochemical index of athlete among controlling research. To explore the characteristic of the specific training effects, there are many studies on altitude training in fields of altitude training, sports physiology, sports biochemistry, and molecule-biology and so on in the article. Combine rowing athletes' function index with training in the plateau.Discovers with enhances the movement result correlation the primary factor,at the same time, using MetaMax3B cardiopulmonary appraisal system were monitored and evaluated. Variables from anthropometric, body functional, biochemistry metabolic and physical fitness reveal the rowers' physical ability characteristic and help us to establish training plans. This will help us in athlete identification, athlete physical fitness evaluating and establishing training program, at the same time, We attempted to find out some rules or problems by exploring the characteristics of their training and its relationship with the variation of some physical ability indices during the long term training to provide a reference for the development of scientific training of rowing. Objective: In this study we want to (1) analyze physiological and biochemistry variables from rowers, assess rowers' aerobic and anaerobic rowing special ability and to assess their physical ability;(2) Analysis athlete rowing measures the merit instrument record of mock test, get excellent record for Gansu province rowing team in the 10th national games of the People's Republic China and Will participate in the match in the future and offer certain experiment basis the training of plateau.(3) We attempted to find out some rules or problems by exploring the characteristics of their training and its relationship with the variation of some physical ability indices during the long term training to provide a reference for the development of scientific training of rowing.Method: 16 rowers (7 male rowers, 9 female rowers) are experimented in the study; altitude training and sea training carried out by the Gansu rowing team in 2005 were monitored and evaluated in the 10th national games of the People's Republic China. We evaluate the athlete's response to altitude training by observation of anthropometric, biochemistry, physical fitness and maximum oxygen consumption (V O2max), Lactate threshold (W4mmol), rowing performance time and correlative variables from 2000m time-trial(before altitude training, during altitude training, after altitude training). All variables are analyzed to reveal their relation with rowing performance time to assessed altitude training in this study. Results and conclusions:(1) Male rowers in present study are as tall and heavy as national elite rower and only onefemale rower as tall and heavy and body fat as national elite rower.(2) The biggest strength of the athlete of our province is worse. This whether is the reason of the athlete record difference of our province to remain in study further.(3) Except for one female rower, the rowers' V02max and W4mmol In the present study are lower than those of national elite rowers. It is not very strong that athletes have oxygen and not have oxygen ability, the tolerance ability of lactic acid is bad to arise from this, and this is one of the reasons causing the movement achievement to be bad. So improve to have oxygen ability at the same time , go on to athlete great lactic acid tolerance ability train most athlete, develop lactic acid tolerance ability reach with blood lactic acid 12mmol/ L , raise athletes' candy glycolytic capacity, the ones that promote athletes in an all-round way have oxygen ability and not have oxygen ability .(4) After one week stay on the altitude, athlete may meet highland environmental trainning completely; altitude training will consider adaptive time and the opportunity that changes sport trainning load strength.(5) It is more meaningful to analyze and monitor lengthways by change index as BU and CK and T and C and T/C, and it is not recommended to use only one index as a standard to increase volume and intensity; The indices changed periodically and cyclically with training, and physical ability improved according to AT and 2000m all-out test.(6) Present rowing performance time by 2000m and 5000m time-trial on a concept II rowing ergo meter is longer than that of national elite rowers. After the altitude training were tested 2000m time-trial on a concept II rowing ergo meter, and each 500m power output descend and rowing performance time become longer with exercise perform, but post-exercise blood lactic acid concentration is higher than the alatitude training. The fact suggests that rowers' aerobic ability, anaerobic ability and blood lactic acid tolerances in present research are all higher compared to those of national elite rowers. The 2000 meters' result was significantly increased while their performances were significantly improved after the altitude training.
