Altitude training is the use of high altitude hypoxia conditions for the rise ofsports training methods1860s. Currently, altitude training after years of theory andpractice, the formation of a more scientific, systematic training methods, one of thehot issues are also attaches great importance to the world of sports. Practice hasproved that years of training, altitude training is an effective means of developingaerobic endurance, the2012London Olympics swimming achievements China hasbenefited greatly improved altitude training improves aerobic endurance athlete level, therefore, the role of altitude training active in the affirmative. In this paper, Jiangxi female rowers as the research object to them for a period ofeight weeks of altitude training heart rate, blood tracking research. The entireeight-week altitude training, is divided into four stages: the first stage (June17,2011-June24,2007), for the adaptation period. In order to adapt to high altitudeenvironment as soon as possible, at this stage mainly in small and medium-loadtraining intensity based; second phase (June25,2011-July9,2008), is a load ofclimbing, the main basis for the development of athletes aerobic capacity, strengthenmuscles; third stage (July10,2011-July23,2009), in order to meet the amount of thepeak period, the development of high-level athletes aerobic capacity; fourth stage(July24,2011-August3day), for the period before the training, altitude training isthe last full cycle, mainly in order to improve competition ability. Test indicatorsinclude:①blood indexes: red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit(HCT) and so on.②oxygen saturation.③heart rate. The results showed that:1.After eight weeks of altitude training, athletes Hb concentration. During training, when the exercise load increased, decreased hemoglobin concentration, oxygensaturation plateau in Asia during training showed a slow upward trend.2.The nextday early morning quiet time before the oxygen saturation values below the previousday resting oxygen saturation sleep at night, suggesting athletes excessive exercise;and downs and oxygen saturation of hemoglobin concentration has negativecorrelation.3.Athletes and average heart rate showed large individual differences;through the morning and before going to bed resting heart rate pulse contrast can react athletes training adaptation and predict the individual characteristics of the subjects ofaltitude training adaptation.Based on the findings, presented at all levels should attachgreat importance to the leadership and coaching of altitude training; oxygen saturationis an important indicator of altitude training to detect, observe Morning Pulse heartrate compared with the quiet bedtime; strengthen the training of athletes in the plateaumonitoring of physiological changes, such as recommendations.
