| Objective:To observe the changes of aerobic ability,hemorheology and blood routine of women rowers in Shaanxi Province before and after the training in the plateau,and to analyze the effect of the training on the plateau,in order to verify the rationality and scientificity of the plan of the training,and provide scientific basis for the design of scientific training plan for the women rowing team in Shaanxi Province.Methods:Taking 10 women rowers of Shaanxi Province preparing for the 14th National Games as the research object,Age 22.5±1.97,height 182.0±3.16,training period 4.8±1.59.the results showed that the athletes’aerobic ability and hemorheology indexes were measured in the first week before and after the training in the plateau.The effects of altitude training on the aerobic ability and hemorheology were observed.Blood routine,CK and CK were measured weekly during the training period The results showed that the training load adaptation of athletes during the training period was observed by the indexes of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum testosterone(T),cortisol(c),which provided the basis for coaches to arrange training plan reasonably.The aerobic capacity index(the gas metabolism index in VO2maxand at)was measured by the boat dynamometer incremental load test;the blood rheology was measured by R-80 blood viscosity instrument;the whole blood cell tester was used for blood routine test,and CK,bun,t and cortisol(c))were tested by semi-automatic biochemical analyzer and fluorescence immunoanalyzer.The data were statistically processed by SPSS statistical software package,expressed by X±s,and paired sample t test was used before and after the group,and P<0.05 was used as the significant level of difference.Results:(1)the changes of gas metabolism of women rowers in Shaanxi Province before and after training at high altitude were different,among which MVV,VO2maxand VO2maxmet increased significantly in VO2maxstate(P<0.05),RR,VE,VCO2,VE/VO2,VE/CO2and hr showed an increasing trend,only RQ decreased;MVV,VO2and VO2met had a significant change in the condition of no oxygen threshold(P<0.05).RR,VE,VCO2,VE/VO2,VE/CO2showed an increasing trend,which was not significant,only RQ and HR decreased.(2)The hemorheological indexes of women rowers in Shaanxi Province decreased to different degrees after the training in plateau,showing a downward trend.The viscosity of whole blood and high shear reduction viscosity decreased significantly(P<0.05),The viscosity of whole blood,high cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and whole blood low cut reduction viscosity also showed a downward trend,and the change rate was low,RBC and HCT increased,but not significant.VAI,IR and TK showed a downward trend,IR and TK decreased significantly(P<0.05).K values of the equation of blood sedimentation and blood sedimentation decreased to different degrees,but not significant.(3)During the eight week training period,WBC,Hb and HCT index showed wave type change.WBC increased significantly in the second weekend and the week after the training(P<0.05),and decreased significantly in the seventh weekend of plateau training(P<0.05);Hb in the third and fifth weeks during the plateau training was significantly higher than that of the previous week(P<0.05)At the end of the day,there was a downward trend,which was higher in the first,second,fourth,sixth,seventh,8th weeks and the first week after the training.HCT showed a downward trend in the third and fifth weeks of plateau training,and the other time showed an upward trend,and recovered to the pre training in the next week.(4).during the training period,the serum CK and bun of women rowers in Shaanxi Province showed wave type change characteristics.CK decreased in the fourth weekend,8th weekend and the week after the training,but not significantly,CK increased significantly in the second,fifth and sixth weeks of plateau training than before(P<0.001),and increased significantly in the first,third and seventh weeks of plateau training(P<0.05);bun index decreased in the end of the 7th week of plateau training,and increased significantly in the second weekend of plateau training(P<0.001)<The results showed that the results showed that the results showed that the increase of 0.001 was significant in the third weekend,the 5th weekend,the sixth weekend and the week after the plateau training(P<0.05).T increased in the training period,and the fourth,fifth and sixth weeks of the training period were significantly higher than that before the training(P<0.01),and the first,second,third,7th and 8th weeks increased significantly(P<0.05),and the level of the training was restored to the pre training level in the first week after the training.C The first six weeks showed a downward trend compared with that before the training,but in the 7th week,the 8th week and the week after the training,the trend was higher than that before the training,among which,the t/c decreased during the training period,among which,the second weekend,the third weekend,the 4th weekend,the 5th weekend and the sixth weekend of the plateau were extremely higher than that before the plateau The results showed that the T/C level of the first week,the 7th week and the 8th weekend were significantly lower than that before the plateau(P<0.05).(5)After the training of women’s rowing team in Shaanxi Province,the distance of 30minutes rowing,the average time of 2km and 500m decreased one week after the end of the training,and the special achievements improved.Conclusion:(1)The main reason for the improvement of the aerobic ability of women rowers in Shaanxi Province during the training period is to improve the blood rheology and the ability of oxygen uptake and utilization of oxygen.(2)Through the blood routine during the training period of women rowers in Shaanxi Province,and the monitoring of CK,bun,C and T during the training period,WBC,CK,bu and C increased in the first two weeks,decreased significantly in the first two weeks,and reached the best state in the seventh week;Hb,HCT and t decreased in the first two weeks,and increased significantly in the fourth week.The best state of plateau training period appeared in the seventh week.After the plateau training,all the indicators developed in a good direction.According to the special test results,the training load arrangement of this plateau training was reasonable and reached the expected goal.(3).after the training of the plateau,the special ability of women rowers in Shaanxi Province has been improved,and the best results are achieved one to two weeks after the plateau is over. |
