Purpose: Based on the track of rowing athletes ten weeks (including altitude training six weeks) oftraining load, and through the test function monitoring means and exercise capacity, on the plateautraining load characteristics of rowing athletes make a comprehensive analysis..Methods: This study to enjoy the two women double single paddle players (both for the internationalmasters level) for ten weeks (six weeks) in plateau training track, through a week of physiological andbiochemical function monitoring to observe health and functional status of athletes, the plateau inaerobic capacity before and after tests to assess the effects of altitude training.Results:1) water on the plateau training proportion and plateau before basic same, but the proportionof less than after the plateau; Plateau during strength training during the period of the percentage of thenumber is higher than plain; Plateau before and after plateau training under the frequency is lower thanduring the plateau training frequency2) plateau training during training load changes show doublepeaks: after entering plateau, gradually increase the training time, water volume; After adjusting formiddle plateau in the second wave;3) the different individuals in aerobic ability show differentadaptations: wu X higher aerobic ability improve XX;4) by increasing the frequency of strength training,no lie, and squat strength loss.Conclusion:1) on the plateau training accord with high strength, impact aerobic ability raise;2) duringthe plateau strength training too much, influence on the aerobic capacity;3) the altitude training hasobvious individual differences.
