The Study Of Way To Solve 5～6 Years Children's Company Communication Problem

The children of 5-6 years old are in the transitional stage of children's development, and they will leave kindergarten for primary school soon. And the degree of children's socialization development in the transitional stage, will influence the children's primary school lives and their development deeply. So this study takes the solving way of company communication problem as cut-in point, discusses characters and influence factors of company communication problem-solving ways of 5~6 years children. Based on this, the article brings forward strategies to enhance children's problem-solving ability.Give the study in detail, it takes 5-6 years children as study object by means of some research methods such as observation, interview, to study the solving way of 5-6 years children's company communication problem. The study aim is to discover the characters and influence factors of 5~6 years children's solving way of company communication problem. The study result shows:1.The difference exists between the solving ways of 5-6 years children's company communication problem. The most way to solve company communication is to benefit each other, then is to bring a lawsuit against or attack each other, the least way is using civility vocabulary.2.The difference exists between activity types of the solving way of 5-6 years children's company communication problem. The most solving ways frequence of the 5-6 years children's company communication problem is occurred in free action, then after in games and teaching activities. But it occurred least in living action.3.The ways to solve company communication problem are difference between genders. The boys are more lean to use the ways that bring a lawsuit against or attack each other than girls to solve company communication problem, but girls prefer to take mutually benefit way to solve the problem .The study finds that there are four factors to influence solving ways of company communication problem about 5-6 years children: 1.The influence of age character. 2.The influence of infant teacher educational action. 3.The influence of family education ways. 4. The influence of oral-visual media. Based on the study result, the paper brings forward three strategies to improve 5-6 years children to use positive ways to solve company communication problem: 1.Appropriate behavioristic training is the efficient way to improve children's problem-solving ability of company communication. 2.Parents'correct instruction is the base of improving children's problem-solving ability of company communication in a positive way.3.Teachers' positive guidance is the facilitation to help children to solve problems of company communication appropriately.
