Coping refers to the cognitive and behavioral struggling process when individual has been in frustration and annoynance in order to alleviate negative effects. Those stragglings are called coping style.Coping style is a important factor that influences physicial health of Preschool teachers, proper method of coping is an important way of alleviating stress.Researches demonstrate that prechool teachers have been facing more press.Teachers are required to play a role of teachers, at the same time the roles of elders and peers. Most important,too much love and concern given by parents and great attention to importance of preteaching from society, all of which give preschool teachers great stress and affect their physicial and mental health .Based on a questionnaire and interviews with some teachers ,the study analyzed the characters and modifying factors of preschool teachers' coping style .The research findings are as follows :(1) Preschool teachers have more presses in which job problem mainly occupies, the others are economic treats, communication with others, physical and mental health, and loving, marriage, families.(2) Occupational press coping style of preschool teachers differs in their age, years of working, marriage condition and their title in kindergarten.(3) Among the coping stlyes used by preschool teachers ,the most used one is the style of instrument social support ,others are is denying ,active cognition and direct action, and so on.(4) The modifying factors cover two such aspects of circumance factors and non-circumance factors as teaching effiency, social support, personal feel of press etc.(5) Cope scale is better in reliability.
