With China entering the declining birthrate society, most Chinese families became the nuclear families era. The young parents pay more attention to their only children. At the same time, the state has promulgated a series of laws and documents for preschool education, which put forward higher requirements for preschool teachers. In this paper, the author researched for the pressure of vocational newly recruited kindergarten teachers, so as to understand the real work of the new recruiting kindergarten teachers, and make recommendations for the rationalization of the problems identified.By finding a lot of literature, investigating and interviewing 126 new recruit preschool classroom teachers who works in Dalian three public kindergartens, the author found that most newly recruited teachers of kindergarten teachers felt stressful. Some new teachers felt even worse. The article is from the five factors to investigate, the workload of teachers, parents and young children, teacher training system, social environment, teachers and other personnel system and evaluation system. According to the data collected, analyzed and concluded.Finally, the article points out, in order to reduce new recruits kindergarten teachers occupational stress, new teachers first need to raise teachers’ sense of self-efficacy. Then decrease, respectively, from early childhood teachers’ workload, strengthen contact between home and kindergarten, diversify ways of training teacher and create a good social environment and establish a reasonable teacher personnel assessment system per, from which to reduce new recruited occupational stress of preschool teachers, therefore kindergarten teachers could promote physical and mental development and professional development.
