The Resilience of preschool teachers refers to the process or result that an individual can adapt to the external environment and recover or even develop from the stress or adversity,and actively and effectively overcome difficulties.Resilience is an important factor and evaluation index affecting preschool teachers' adjustment of occupational stress and adaptation to environmental changes,and an important driving force for preschool teachers' growth.Preschool teachers with high resilience are good at rational analysis of problems at work,can timely adjust their emotions,actively and effectively solve problems,and more effectively promote the development of children.Social support is one of the environmental factors that affect preschool teachers' mental flexibility.With the practice of education reform and development in recent years,the requirements of preschool teachers' education quality and education level have improved.That makes the preschool teachers under the intense pressure.Preschool teachers need more stronger social support and resilience,which can help them adjust the pressure flexibly,deal with the problems through coping positive styles in life or in work.Therefore,this paper probes into the relationship among preschool teachers' resilience,social support and coping styles,and draws conclusions based on the investigation,so as to make contributions to the psychological development of preschool teachers,the administrative management and the educational reform.The study adopts questionnaire investigation method with Resilience Scale for Adults(RSA),Perceived Socioal Support Scale(PSSS)and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Taking 320 preschool teachers in LiaoNing province as the research object,this paper discusses the present situation and mutual relationship of preschool teachers' resilience,social support and coping styles.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Preschool teachers' social support is above the average level,and they are significant differences in marital status,age,class size and monthly salary.2.Preschool teachers' resilience is above the average level,and there are significant differences in marital status,age,teaching age,kindergarten size and monthly salary.3.Preschool teachers' coping style is at a medium level.Positive coping style is at a high level and negative coping style is at a low level.There are significant differences in marital status and age.4.There is a significant positive correlation between social support and preschool teachers' resilience.There is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers' resilience and coping style.There is a significant positive correlation between social support and coping style.There is a significant positive correlation between preschool teachers' resilience and positive coping,also between social support and positive coping.5.Social support can directly predict positive coping,or indirectly predict positive coping through psychological resilience.Resilience plays a mediating role in social support and positive coping,and the mediating effect accounted for 68.58% of the total effect.In view of the research conclusions above,the following educational Suggestions are as forward.Improving social support for preschool teachers from many perspectives.Preschool teachers should consciously enhance their resilience,and try to integrate social support and resilience,and adopt more positive coping.
