The new mathematical textbooks of elementary school are the carrier of the new concept and content of Curricula Standards (CS). The main surveying tool to pupils study of the textbook contents is reference paper of teaching quality evaluation. So the status of reference paper approximately reflects the questions of pupil's mathematical learning contents. And the studying of the learning contents of their mathematics, which is a question required to be lucubrated. It plays an important part in textbooks' writing, teachers' training and classroom teaching.This paper attempts to investigate the mathematical learning content of pupils in the second learning moment of fulltime compulsory education, exhibit the question of pupils study in mathematical learning content. Accordingly, the questions of pupils' mathematical learning content are investigated. This paper consists of the following parts:1. CS's requirement to pupils' mathematical learning content in the second learning moment;namely, particular aimed requirement to four fields, teachers' teaching and writing of teaching materials.2. The actuality of pupil's mathematical learning contents. Findings: (1) In Number and Algebra, pupils do better in arithmetic than in multi-digit knowing and applying. (2) In Space and Graph, pupils can't get well understanding of line segment, beeh'ne and radial;intersectionand parallelism;the area of graph. (3) In Statistics and Probability, pupils' learning complexion is very good. (4) In Practice and Synthesis Application, because of steady achievement there is not difference in the mass, but the achievement of pupils is not high at large. (5) In the school of lacking conditions pupils' achievements have a great discrepancy between grades, on opposition there is no obvious difference between grades;in the several investigated schools there are great discrepancy in Grade Four not in Grade Five.3. The attributive analysis process aiming at these questions. Reasons: (1) Extended number makes pupils unaccustomed in their thinking;(2) The provisions of CS and teaching material are fallacious in partial contents;(3) Teachers should create appropriate circumstance in order to accelerate pupils' understanding;(4) Be short of natural resources communion between schools.Because of subjective reasons the writer can't study the holistic contents of the second learning moment, this is the shortage of the study.
