With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,group cooperative learning has become one of the three models advocated by the new curriculum standard,and has made some achievements in practice.However,it is found in teaching practice that there are still some problems in group cooperative learning,such as unreasonable evaluation criteria and so on.Therefore,based on teaching practice,this paper adopts the method of case analysis to analyze the shortcomings in the process of group cooperative learning,so as to put forward targeted solutions.For our primary schools to carry out group cooperative learning to provide a certain research basis.This paper takes Culture Road Primary School in Shizhong District of Zaozhuang City as the research object.First of all,the paper summarizes the current situation of group cooperative learning at home and abroad,and puts forward the basis of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation and research methods at home and abroad.Then through the actual investigation of the current situation of cooperative learning in the cultural road primary school group in Zaozhuang City,the problems existing in the cooperative learning of the cultural road primary school group in the central district of Zaozhuang City are found out.That is,the teacher's guidance is not in place,the task of learning cooperation is not clear,the lack of practical cooperation,and the lack of feedback on group cooperation evaluation Aspects of the problem.On this basis,the author makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in the group cooperative learning management of the cultural road primary school in Shizhong District of Zaozhuang City,namely,strengthening the teacher group cooperative theory training and learning,improving the communication and learning among teachers,providing the evaluation criteria of group cooperative learning and clarifying the teacher's role in group cooperation,cultivating students' cooperative consciousness and cooperation ability,teaching students cooperation methods,making timely evaluation of group cooperation and raising students' consciousness of independent cooperation,strengthening the depth of cooperation among students,improving students' mutual learning ability,and developing pupils' group Cooperative learning habits,etcIt is hoped that through the study of group cooperative learning in primary schools,this paper will provide a reference for the cultural road primary school in Shizhong District of Zaozhuang City to carry out group cooperative learning,and hope to enlighten other primary school teachers.
