Innovation dominates in the education of the 21st century. Innovation results from questions which give impetus to development. To cultivate the pupils'creative ability, question sense must be emphasized. Question sense plays a very important role in human thinking and cognition. This suggests that the cultivation of pupils'question sense should be one of the important tasks in school education. Mathematical"Situation—Problem"teaching in primary school is a teaching based on mathematical situation and closely tied to mathematical questions. This teaching research is a dynamic, open, development and transfertable experiment in the light of which the present study tries to explore, theoretically and practically, the cultivation of primary pupils'mathematical question sense.The Mathematical Question Sense in this article refers to a kind of psychological state of doubt, confusion, anxiety and investigation when the students realize the practical or theoretical questions are formidable or doubtful during their mathematical, cognitive activities ( the learning of mathematical definition and concept, the formation of technique abilities and the solution of question). To enhance the pupils'mathematical question sense is benifitial for them to their secientific spirit, innovative sense and mathematical quality.
