A Study On The Strategies Of Guarantee With The Rest Right For The Teachers In Middle School

Rest right is human's basic right. As a special group in middle school, teachers should enjoy the right and enjoy it folly. However, as a matter of fact, the phenomena of their rest right not fully guaranteed existed. Therefore, it is necessary for us to pay attention to the problems of guaranteeing with the teachers' rest right in common middle school.This article consists of five parts, the first two of which deal with the theoretic and practical significance of the guarantee with the teachers in middle school through discussing the conditions and necessity of it. The third and forth parts are investigations on the actual situations of guarantee with the teachers' rest right in many middle schools mainly in Chongqing and Sichuan by adopting stratified random sampling .By means of questionnaire survey as well as interview survey, I make the investigation, which involves such several dimensions as the teachers' work quantity, work time, work salary after prolonging the work time. The subjects involve teachers and students. Then I make the statistical analysis of the data so as to find out the problems existing in the guarantee with the rest right for the teachers in middle school and the reasons. On the basis of it, the article discusses how to improve the strategies. Firstly, to improve the teachers' status and treatment. Secondly, to improve the related system of guarantee with the teachers' rest right in middle school. Thirdly, to continue increasing the investment on education and building a good teaching atmosphere for the teachers in middle school. Fourthly, the teachers' assignment in this phase of primary school is to make students hit well-knit base without fail, assure the quality of transporting for the school of high stair. Finally, the teachers in common middle school must use the limited time to strengthen their own speciality, improve teaching skills, in order to save time to guarantee their rest right.
