| Time is objective existence,and it is precious for everyone,especially for the middle school students who are in the critical period of physical and mental developments.For middle school students,how to reasonable arrangement work and rest time,how to effectively use of work and rest time,thus improve their learning efficiency is quite necessary.The student schoolwork burden is heavy,the school schedule,students can’t reasonable use of work and rest time,lead to most of the students’ serious lack of sleep,students in the second day spirit flagging,learning efficiency is lower,even use class time to sleep.The emergence of this phenomenon with the current school education management system has a direct reason.But the predecessors’ studies based on most of the time management focus in the field of enterprise and administrative management,and for education in terms of time management research is relatively small,and the study of student work and rest time mostly focused on the theoretical level.Based on this,this paper mainly through literature method,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method,the questionnaire surveys to 478 junior high school students’ work and rest time management problems,tries to analyze the junior middle school students work and rest time management problems and the causes,puts forward the corresponding suggestion.It is not only beneficial for students’ physical and mental development,but also be helpful to improve the daily management of the school,so this research has a research and realistic significance.Through the discussion and analysis,this study the following conclusions:(1)the school work and rest time arrangement is not reasonable,do not conform to the junior middle school students body and mind development needs,mainly displays in the school study time is long,long operation time,sleep is not enough;(2)the junior high school students can realize the importance of time management,and from the controllable time to experience positive emotions,but on the current work and rest time satisfaction is low,hope to be improved;(3)the junior middle school students have less controllable work and rest time itself,and be the school,teachers and parents in different degrees,the specific performance:students is higher in the number of uncontrollable time,content is relatively monotonous,mainly is the classroom learning activities;Teachers’ serious occupy students controlled most of the work and rest time;Parents often in the controllable schedules of students to arrange all kinds of coaching courses or classes;(4)the level of work and rest time management tendency in junior high school students in general.Put forward the corresponding Suggestions:(1)the school to practice humanistic management,correctly treat teachers’ evaluation mechanism,enhance scientific management and guidance of students work and rest time and attention.(2)the teachers want to communicate with students more,change "results oriented" teaching ideas,the formation of "student centered" education mode,do not take up students’ controllable schedules,respect for the needs of the students’ self-growth.(3)parents should abandon the self will impose,set up the correct education ideas,scientifically,reasonably and effectively to guide and supervise the children’s free time management.(4)students should be taken seriously in the school classroom learning time,ensure the learning efficiency,reasonable planning and use of controllable schedules,develop their own interests,society through various channels to improve time management skills. |
