The historical footsteps make great strides forward for the 21st century, the various countries development more and more rely on the science and technology progress. Now the world, between the countries the comprehensive national strength competition, is in the certain significance the technical strength competition, is the high level talented person's competition. The talented person resources and their science and technology knowledge already became the most important strategic resources which support a state economical and social development. Under such big background, the science education is more and more received take, therefore also the research to the science education is appeared more and more importantly and essentially.In 2001, the national Ministry of Education promulgates "the Elementary Education Curriculum Reform Summary (implementation)" (to hereafter refer to as "Summary"). Our nation has started the nation eighth curriculum reform since the founding of the nation. The science curriculum reforms become the most important thing, the junior middle school science curriculum is in particular so. The most big change in this science curriculum reforms is the curriculum idea transformation, promoting with great effort the synthesis science curriculum, first time taking clearly "enhances the all student's science accomplishment" as the science curriculum goal. "The overall design science curriculum, comprehensively enhances the students science accomplishment", "encouraging cooperation, Stressing scientific research, experiencing the process by oneself for the student" and so on become the luminescent spot of this curriculum reform.But not only the traditional science teaching, but also the science teaching of this new curriculum reform, the moral dimension of their classroom instruction realizes deficiently. This research focuses on the classroom instruction, According to the general question that exists in old classroom instruction and the new question which is happens in the curriculum reform, to reconsider and reconstruct the classroom instruction, to provide the certain instruction for the realization of the moral dimension of the science education.The foreword analyzes the research which has carried on, finds the research space of this article-how to realize the unique human value of science education through the classroom instruction, and limit the two groups of concepts-" the science accomplishment and the moral dimension , "the science curriculum and the science teaching".
