With the promotion of knowledge-driven economy, the progress of enterprises and development of society need the talents with innovation ability more and more. As children are the future and hope of motherland, an urgent task is to train them the ability of innovation, including innovative knowledge, innovative personality and innovative cognition.As we all know, off-campus education is an important means to train children' s innovative ability. It can offer relaxed and happy playground, also rich , colorful and flexible activities. Thus, off-campus education play an important role in the cultivation of innovation ability such as children's innovative consciousness, initiative spirit, innovative thinking.Innovation ability and problem solving have the same courses and psychological mechanisms. So the problem solving centered off-campus education is the best choice of innovation training. The concrete implementation course includes generating problems, supposing and guessing the scheme, verifying the scheme, concluding and expressing, and extending of the problem. This course can develop children's innovative thinking, train their problem consciousness and query ability, as well as practicing ability.Time and space limited, off-campus education can not satisfy every child. In order to expand the scale and improve the quality of education, the concept of Blog-alliance has been first introduced to off-campus education in this text. The thought of Blog-alliance for off-campus education is: communicating, cooperating, practicing and solving problems by writing and commenting blogs.Around the proposition " How to train children' s innovation ability utilizing activities of off-campus education ", this thesis has launched the following researches:Firstly, analyzing the feasibility and importance of off-campus education to innovation ability cultivation. Expatiating the meaning and key elements of innovation; explaining the definition, characteristics and role of off-campus education;Secondly, structuring an off-campus education mode, such as problem solving centered off-campus education mode.Thirdly, designing and implementing a teaching case, carrying on the positive research to the mode of off-campus education;Fourthly, setting up the thought of Blog-Alliance; expanding the scale of innovation ability training with off-campus education.
