The success or failure of the student studies is always the focal point which the people pay attention to. The explanation is varied. This thesis choosed this school factor teacher label as the research point, and analysised production, the performance and the function process of the teacher label by explanating its concept.This thesis selected Class four, Grade 5 of a urban elementary school as the research object, and explained the production, performance, function process of the teacher label by observation, interview and so on. The viewpoints in the thesis were generalized by using the theory of Taking Root.The research discovered that, the classification, the rule, arranging the seat were the teacher's regular methods to label the student, and from them producing multiplication teacher labels. Whether the teachers and students agreed the labels influenced the labels' effect. Says specifically, the teacher approves and the strengthens the labels through choosing different interaction objects, using different interaction ways, executing different classroom controls; the labled student approves or obeys the teacher label through adjusting the self- appraisal, selecting different contact companions; the class and grade companions can adopt to the teacher lables, and displays the different response to different labled student mainly according to them. In the school field, due to the teacher authority's influence and the strength of the school system, the student incapably revolts against the negative labels frequently which the teacher gave.This article tries to express: the teacher labels hiding in the teaching process influenced the teachers and students' behavior performance, and they are becoming one kind of the latent strength which affects the student to develop. The teacher executes "the difference law enforcement" based on the labels given to the different student, the student will obtain the different development in teacher's discrimination, presents prediction effect which fulfills.
