The ones that made the transition in the society were accelerated, the diversification of people's values, the substantial results of making moral work receives more and more severe challenge. In the face of this challenge, the moral works of the school must be responded actively with new vision, new way , new content, demanded with student's development and met the needs of social development. Regarding the "contextuality as the centre "is one of the guidelines of present basic educational reform of our country, building and constructing"three new centre theories" voice that "setting up a new three-centered theory i.e. making the students, the situation and activity as the center,"have happened frequently.The contextuality of moral education is to arise at the historic moment under the background of fact that like this. This text tries to from the foundation of the relevant theory of explaining the contextuality of moral education scientifically, explore that practice of the contextuality of moral education is required, and direct against different situations of the elementary school, middle school and university, try to design the moral situation with different type.The thesis has done some elementary analysis for this new subject of "the contextuality of moral education."The thesis is divided into three chapters mainly:The first is a theory chapter, sum up the relevant theory of the contextuality of moral education mainly. First, explainning the two key concepts and connotation: moral situation, the contextuality of moral education. Second,analysing the function in the course of the contextuality of moral education particularly.Including leading the ideology morals emotion, exciting the motive of the ideology morals, improving the ideology morals to know etc. Third, excavating out the moral idea represented in the contextuality of moral education.For instance,edifying the emotion,gestating the aesthetics, promoting the activity etc. Fourth, having done certain seeking to the theoretical foundation of the contextuality of moral education and found its philosophy basis, brain scientific basis, psychological basis and aesthstic basis respectively. Finally,try to define the value of the contextuality of moral education from two respects , paying close attention to student's principal part life; Complied with educational reform spirit, improving the the effect of moral education.The second one is a practice chapter.The goal,the course,the appraising are composed of the three-dimension degree, launching logic from the contextuality of moral education mainly,which is the heavy centralized one of difficult point. First of all,subdivising the aim into four parts:inspiring the touch emotion of student; facilitating empathized moral education;inspiring students' ethical sensitiveness of thought; training student's rational ethical thinking ability of thought; arousing the experience empathy which help the students to make their moral behavior into the real...
