Special attention has been paid to curriculum integration of worldwide scope since 1980s. Even integration curriculum come center stage in curriculum reform. More and more educators have appealed for enforcing integration curriculum in China. In 2001,ministry of education decreed Compendium of basic education curriculum reform, in which integration curriculum was propounded. So the research of integration curriculum is very important and unavoidable.When I studied the design of textbook on social studies, I really shocked by the gap from Ideal to Praxis on social studies. So I want to find a way to smooth. The research on integration curriculum based on social studies includes three chapters:In chapter 1, the research found a big mass on the concept of integration curriculum through assigning the origin of the concept on integration curriculum, and assumed own opinion on the concept of integration curriculum. The ideal integration curriculum is not only a technology to design textbook, but also with a whole idea of curriculum integration.In chapter 2, the research point out the social studies is a typically integration curriculum, own characteristically of integration curriculum on its development. The thesis studied the integration problem of social studies by analyzing curriculum standard, including from my country and others now and then. ReductionChapter 3, the research studied the case of a textbook's design, present some example of praxis on textbook's design, including the content integration and structure integration, and analyzed the negative factors obstructed the process of curriculum integration.
