Nowadays, all kinds of reforms are taken place in schools. While parents-the natural co-worker of school, are not given enough attention, even there is some prejudice and misunderstanding. According to school, parents is a kind of precious resource. As long as a school can take good advantage of the this resource and establish long-term reciprocal relationship, it provides basic motivation for it's education reform. Meanwhile, to the parents, school should offer certain classes for them and help them to understand education principles, which is the premise of good relationship.In order to accomplish the aim of this study, solve problems, here is the thought. On the basis of educational theory, analyse the real situation of how primary and middle schools are using parents resource. Then, put more emphasis on innovation study about this research. Summarizing all the outcomes and schools' real operation, propose the workable methods of how primary and middle schools are using parents resource.In detail, this study can be divided into five main parts.Part one, preface. The reason why this thesis was chosen, the background and the meaning are narrated in this part. Besides, this part tells us the present situation about primary and middle schools using parents resource in China and other countries, including Taiwan. Also, it tells us the main thoughts and method to study.Part two, Using parents resource is the calling of our time. This part will tell us the necessary of school using parents resources in the background of educational theory development, it is also one of the method to rectify the drawbacks. To support the point, here will study current social situation and basic discipline of education in a grant content.Part three, The situation of using parents recourse in Huadong Taiwan Businessman's Children School. In this part, we will look into the way this school using parents recourse and it's system. And we also need to learn the problems and try to find the deep reason. After these, we need to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this school how to using parents resourse.Part four, The situation and study about mainland using parents resource. This part is the main part of the whole paper. We will learn schools' system, method and problem existing in theirs using parents resource with the study method of question sheets and visiting some principals and teachers. On the bases of this, we will analyse the deep reason in three aspects, ideology, system, methodology.Part Five, The comparison of schools in the main land and Huadong Taiwan Businessman' Children School and and suggestions of how to using parents resource to mainland schools. With the study and analysis of part three and part four, we will compare this two kinds of schools, and find out the reason why they are different. As a result, we will propose suggestions on better using parents resource to mainland schools.
