The Functions Of Elementary And Middle School Parents Committee's Problem Research

Home-school cooperation is a very important trend of world's educational development in today, and also, it are two indispensable mainly parties during the course of advance children's healthy growth, parents can make composition of forces to educate children with school or not that is deciding the result of education. Accordingly, a lot of countries are take the whole bag of tricks to strength the relation between family and school. Under this background, researching the functions of parents committee's which is make a great effect to home-school cooperation, it is very important to theoretic and actual significance.Firstly, this paper is analyzing literatures, understanding the Elementary and Middle school parents committee's constructing main body and reasons, and understand the relation between parents committee and school, then using the experience of other countries and domestic's academician's theory which are the mainly sort and research, having a main idea to determine Elementary and Middle school parents committee's basic functions' position, and then discussing the parents committee's application functions; secondly, based on the parents committee's application functions to make questionnaire, investigating the fulfilling condition of parents committee, analyzing the mainly problems and reasons during the fulfillment of parents committee, and last, according the problems and reasons to put forward basic countermeasures that are very important of parents committee's functions exerting.This paper is considering that the parents committee should be organized by school, and independent with school, parents committee is composed by students' parents, they are on behalf of the whole students' parents to make democracy supervision management,education,supporting school's development and assisting school launch family education. However, Elementary and Middle school parents committee is visional during the reformation practice, it is far from the real school management jobs, and it is not lie the real function. Consequently, School should enhance ideology understanding, elevate the organization of parents committee's guidance; proceed with organization institution, perfecting parents committee's mechanism; start off parents committee's function, ensure the parents'sensible rights,superintendence rights,participate rights; play parents committee'subjective initiative, support education of school's development.
