The education of postgraduate is the most advanced level of our higher education. It is the major base in our country in which the talented person of the advanced level is educated. As the time our country improve Western Region Development of China, the education of postgraduates of the universities in Xinjiang has very importance role in promoting the development of the economy, culture, education and technology in Xinjiang .As the most talented person of 21 century, we must not only have broad and profound knowledge and capability, but also have healthy mind and body, which is the base on which we improve our intelligent quality and develop ability of innovation funchered .But inspect the present situation of Xinjiang postgraduates education ,we find that sports awareness and habit of most postgraduate tend towards weaker ,physical education ,as an important part of postgraduate education is ignored ,which become a weak section of postgraduate education of universities in Xinjiang.
