| College students as the main group to promote social progress,its good sports and healthy lifestyle is particularly important.Long-term study pressure and bad lifestyle make most students in the state of "sub-health".In order to understand the physical health lifestyle of xinjiang Normal University undergraduates,improve their physical health and improve their quality of life,this study adopts the method of literature,questionnaire survey,follow-up survey,interview and mathematical statistics,and takes 500 students of Xinjiang Normal University as the research object.120 students were randomly selected from 500 research objects to wear sports bracelets as the tracking investigation object,and the current situation of college students’ sports and healthy lifestyle was investigated.The results show that undergraduates of Xinjiang Normal University have a good view of health,but most of them think they are in a state of "sub-health".Eating irregular breakfast and dinner,staying up late,and falling asleep at 2:06;Students do not develop a good habit of physical exercise.The number of independent exercise is less every week,but the time of each exercise is up to the standard.General attitude towards school sports investment,sports facilities are lower than the national standard,outdoor sports facilities slightly single;School associations organize less physical exercise activities,low awareness of sports consumption;The main factors affecting students’ participation in physical exercise are less leisure time,high pressure of study and lack of sports facilities in schools.Suggestions: The education department of our country should focus on promoting quality-oriented education,and school leaders should pay more attention to students’ physical exercise.Expand the source channels of school sports funds,improve the facilities of school sports venues with a definite aim,and strengthen the awareness of college students’ sports consumption;Reasonable arrangement of leisure time of college students,promote the formation of physical exercise habit;Give full play to the effectiveness of the combination of teaching mode in and out of class,assign sports homework properly every week,enrich college students’ sports extracurricular activities;Construct a sustainable development of medical supervision system to ensure the health of college students;Organize regular lectures on health knowledge for students,train students to develop good living habits,provide physical exercise guidance for college students,and improve the healthy lifestyle of college students. |
