This article researched on the growth of Li Zhenxi who is a famous Chinese teacher in special-class. Explored the gradual development and the basic connotations of his ideology of Chinese democratic education. Highlighted the special education qualities of Li Zhenxi's.Li Zhenxi's ideology of Chinese democratic education produced at the specific times, related with his habitat, reading accumulates and Wan Lujun teaching by personal example. Li Zhenxi's ideology inherited from "humanism thought" of Soviet Home Lynskey, democracy thought of Tao Xingzhi and Chinese teaching concept of Ye Shengtao. Li Zhenxi's ideology of Chinese democratic education had experienced an evolutionary process including germination, formation, development and maturation. From he proposed method of "democracy, science, and individuality" to breakthrough the limitation of emotion education. It accomplished a leap of quality.Basic characteristics of Li Zhenxi's ideology of Chinese democratic education are that entrusted with the students' deference and free rights, realized students' personality value and the individuality development. Li Zhenxi's ideology of Chinese democratic education took root in the Chinese teaching practice. It has completed and matured gradually in the teaching practice. It is "The theory considering practice" . Therefore, we presented its complete content from three aspects of the reading teach, the writing teach and the appraisal.Under the background of implementing the new curriculum standard, thoroughly carrying the reform of curriculum, Li Zhenxi's ideology of Chinese democratic education has demonstrated the important education value and the theory significance by its profound, foresightedness and systematic characteristic. And it has enlightenment for imputing the reform of curriculum.
