Nowadays, in the process of implementing quality education, owing to the deficient of teachers’ theoretical knowledge and professionalism, the subjectivity of students is not fully realized; Also, their dignity and personality are not truly respected. Moreover, teachers feel puzzled because of the interruption of the educational theories both traditional and modern. They cannot put shelf, especially those from the front line. Although they understand contents which are contained in theoretical knowledge and teaching art, it is hard for them to make a better fusion with their own characteristic. The only thing they can do is to apply those contents mechanically. This paper aims to give the front-line teachers an educational borrowing through analyzing the example of Li Zhenxi and summarizing his successful experiences.Firstly, this study combs through the establishment and development of special-class teachers, and then summarizes their commonness and individuality; Secondly, after using case study method, comes to a conclusion that Li Zhenxi’s teaching practice process can be divided into three parts: the early practice stage, the developing stage and the stage which formed a certain model. In his process of teaching practice development, Li Zhenxi mainly reflects educational thoughts of love, democracy and equality, and forms a distinctive characteristics of teaching art. His teaching art includes the art of teaching design, teaching language, class lead-in, teaching enlightenment, teaching reflection and teaching tact; Lastly, so as to solving the front-line teachers’ feeling of loss and giving them a certain educational borrowing, this paper draws inspiration from the teaching process, educational thoughts and teaching art of Li Zhenxi, who is an outstanding Chinese teacher of special grade, from four aspects.
