The thesis is divideds into five parts altogether . In the first part ,the author not only puts forward the necessity and urgency of the initiative spirit of training students, but also advocates the classroom instruction specializing in " probing into teaching " to train students' initiative spirit because there are a great deal of drawbacks which are unfavorable to innovative personnel training to draw the question in chemical education from the junior middle school at present. The second part is a theory survey., which mainly defines and analyses the relevant concepts in the proposition: Such as probe, probing into teaching , innovation , initiative spirit , innovation ability , innovative education scientifically. At the same time it explains what is correlated with proposition probes into the teaching mode and theoretical foundation of its relevant functions. The third part is practical exploration. Combining his own teaching reality and using probes into the teaching case, he proposes demands of probing into teaching : such as materials designing ,every implementation of link require , teacher role and student role.He also carrys on theory analyse to innovative function that quality train, puts forward chemistry to probe into teaching train feasible tactics , student of initiative spirit junior middle school and emphasizes it is the important position to train student's initiative spirit to propose probing into teaching in chemical experiment emphatically. The fourth part is the auther'spreliminary conclusion. Deficiency of this research and main work of carrying on is put forwardin the last part.
